South Lake Tahoe California has numerous beautiful waterfalls, and many lakes other than Lake Tahoe. It's gorgeous all year, as long as we keep it from burning up, or being crushed under the weight of the snow!

Some Meyers locals are bringing back the Tahoe Splitfest 2/10-2/12 in South Lake Tahoe. The snow has been awesome recently…so the website isn’t live yet (ski bums!) but should be up soon. I will be discussing snow & avalanche conditions one of the evenings. Expect equipment demos, a raffle, and stinky boots. They are on IG @tahoesplitfest for updates.
