Eleven years ago today I started a weekly boardgame night at a pub here in Stockholm. Except for the pandemic, it ran basically every week for 10 years. It started up again for a while once the bars started to open up again, but it's not active anymore. It was a good run.

I just got word the the weekly beer and boardgame night #spelbar at a pub in Stockholm that I started together with @nefalia on August 29 2012 has ended. It was starting up again this fall, but apparently people still aren’t quite ready to meet in public. It had a good 10 year run though!

My name is Olle, and I live in Sweden. I work as a software development consultant and I’m currently open for new contracting work.

I’ve been programming since the mid 80’s in lots of different programming languages. Currently I’m mostly interested in #RustLang :rust:

In my spare time I’m an award winning #homebrewer, and I ride my motorcycle to visit viking #runestones.
