As much as I love music & movies, I'm also looking to connect with people who have interest in spiritual principle or personal growth through those principles. If you're gay, big plus but all are welcome.

I wrote this essay a little over a year ago. It covers 10 years where just about every area of my life was challenged...to the point I 'felt' the title.

I just saw video taken at Adele's show in Vegas, and it seems every person - even in the front rows - was holding up a phone to film her.

More and more, people are losing sight of what it means to *be fully present* for an event.

Those folks won't "be" at the concert until they play back their videos. A shame.
