Drifting back to the Burma family tree... Sproton Layer, Roger Miller's high school band where he sang and wrote all the material and - played bass! Definitely a work of 60s teenagers who love Syd's Pink Floyd AND the MC5 (they were from Michigan too) AND stuff like the Silver Apples.
