My #TeachersUnion has been holding regular #standouts for a few weeks now and it’s neat to see how different they feel than one-off events.
There’s growing comradery among #teachers across disciplines (I teach #HighSchool.) Parents now know what we are fighting for and honk their horns in support. And the behind the scenes work is becoming more routine.
The whole process is hard, but fun, and it feels like we are building a stronger #Union that will outlive this moment.
