A while back I got a Starling Home Hub to integrate the Nest with Apple Home, and it re-exposes the Nest API (in its own format) so I wrote a Prometheus exporter to poll the Starling hub: https://github.com/jamesog/nest_exporter/

I'm now collecting the data every 30 seconds and storing for a long period of time in Prometheus 🙂
