I placed my second order with Starship. The robot delivery vehicle almost made it to me, but then got stuck because the pavement had been dug up by Cambridge Water.

It was waiting for an operator to control it remote and steer it around the road works.

I found the it and used live chat on the app to ask for help. I was able to get the person I was chatting with to unlock the robot, so I could retrieve my shopping.
