I started a project a few years ago based on exploring Hokkaido during the depths of winter but then two things happened almost simultaneously that has temporarily paused the trips.
1. The pandemic.
2. We had a daughter.

But I can sense going back there sooner rather than later. I miss the biting cold of the Hokkaido winter.
