Speaking of #stokvel's can some #ELI5 how they work. I think I understand the simple ones like a 'cooking pot buying stokvel'... but I have heard of more complex ones.

Can they invest in the market. Who pays the tax? Seems like it gets confusing.

So I know the world owes me nothing! I am more than happy to pay for #MedicalAid here in #SouthAfrica. I just wish that they would actually care. Medical Aid companies dont give a flying f&%* about you. So much so that a whole 'nother industry has popped up 'gap cover'. Why can't someone just cover me 100%?
My destructive side welcomes the #NHI coz it will screw these companies over.
