An RACQ #LifeFlight Rescue helicopter crew has flown a school-aged boy to hospital, after he was injured in a motocross incident in the South Burnett region this morning (Sat, 3 Dec).

It's believed the boy was riding a motorcycle at a recreation park when he came off the bike & landed on his head.

The Sunshine Coast-based chopper was called in just before 10am.

The boy suffered suspected clavicle and spinal injuries and was flown to #SunshineCoastUniversityHospital in a stable condition.
