Castor oil scar care post #TopSurgery had been wonderful to me. I'm grateful my partner learnt about it from a course, not sure if I would've heard about it otherwise.
Basically I apply cotton soaked in castor oil to my chest.
Add a layer of glad wrap.
Apply hot water bottle for an hour.
Then massage & roll scar lines between fingers.
The oil softens the tissue & is helping loosen adhered sticky bits. Feels cosy too 🥰
