The #Dansk #Centralbibliotek for #Sydslesvig in #Flensburg is more than a collection of books. Because the understanding of the library is different and more diverse than in Germany. Private individuals can conduct #genealogical research in a digital archive with access to around 100,000 church registers. A whole team of historians is employed at the library, dealing with the history and current issues of the minority.

Privatleute können in einem Digital-Archiv mit Zugriff auf rund 100.000 #Kirchenbücher #Ahnenforschung betreiben. Ein ganzes Team von His­to­ri­ke­r*in­nen ist bei der Bibliothek beschäftigt, die sich mit der Geschichte und heutigen Themen der Minderheit befassen.
