Reviewers asked for #invitro assembly w/ recombinant mutant protein to study disease mechanisms. But, none of the #invitro structures of #alphasynuclein filaments have reproduced those from various #synucleinopathies. The same was true here. Still a nice asymmetrical structure!😃
