Vill vi se kollegiet som autonoma båtar rattade av kompetenta lärare som seglar åt ungefär samma håll, eller som ett gemensamt skepp som seglar i en tydlig riktning där var och ens kompetens kommer bäst till nytta för helheten?

Up earlier than usual to a world still wrapped in the darkness of night. Just now dawn arrived, such a distinct shift, except when ‘looking right at/into it’ because then it is so gradual you cannot really see it shifting.

What in your life is like that?

Shifting so gradually you don’t notice… except when you catch yourself actually focusing on it.
