De vraag die in dit soort zaken centraal staat is of een lidstaat die gebruik maakt van de (on)mogelijkheid om een richtlijn ruimer toe te passen ook de mogelijkheid heeft om daarvan terug te komen.
De immigratie en naturalisatiedienst vindt van wel. En ook de rechtbank Rotterdam vindt van wel.

It's been just over a year since the @EU_Commission activated, for the 1st time, the #TemporaryProtection Directive.
