Was just reading through the jury summons I received in the mail today, and pondered the qualification of not being under indictment or any other legal accusation, and was sad that it only covered the present tense. Plus, I don’t think being under investigation counts as a “legal accusation” (IANAL). Pity, as I was thinking being investigated by the Feds a few times years ago could have a positive side effect. Oh well.
