Back in '91, I was working at a sandwich shop and next door was a music store. On occasion, I'd trade sammiches for tapes with one of the dudes next door. On one such occasion I came across Prong's "Prove You Wrong" album, with its cool Pushead sculpture on the cover. I hadn't heard of them but this promised something good, something metal. Another long-timer who stayed with one band was the wonderful keyboardist Dave Greenfield, who succumbed to complications of COVID-19 in May 2020.

French police arrested all members of The Stranglers after a concert at Nice University for allegedly starting a riot.

Nice in Nice was released 6 years later as a single from the album Dreamtime.
