Fondly remembering Lawrence Rory Guy (1926-2016), the imposing, Grammy-winning American actor, author and journalist, born in Kansas #OnThisDay. He adopted the stage name #AngusScrimm as the unforgettable, indestructible (and 6 foot 4) mortician Jebediah Morningside, a.k.a. #TheTallMan in Don Coscarelli's creepy, surreal #Phantasm (1979), reprising the role in four sequels between 1988 and 2016 while stealing scenes in various other genre films.
