24 followers · 169 posts · Server mastodon.scotToday I did my new stretches, wore my new orthopedic inserts for an hour (an hour gets added each day), and hot/cold water therapy on the foot. Damn, I couldn't stand heat in it. I'm so hoping this fixes the year of plantars. I have runs to book!

A new PF regime of hot/cold foot baths, iced bottle rolling, hard ball rolling and orthopaedic inserts for non-running shoes. I'm hoping this allows me to do all my runs this year that I've yet to buy, 30+!
