対応していただいたことには感謝していますし、仰ることは理解できますがやはり納得はいっていないので書きますね。
差別発言だけ不可視にしていろいろな方から説得されご本人の意識が改善する、それもとても大事だと思います。思いますけれど。
それは今ここで恐怖に震えるひとびとに「危険は去った、ここはもう安全な場所だよ」と伝えるより先にしなくてはいけないことですか。

マジョリティがマイノリティを勝手に定義して、ルールを決めて、スペースから排除してもいいという考えは差別です。そういった考えを投稿したり議論することは差別の助長でヘイトにつながります。マイノリティを防犯と関連付けて議論することもまた差別です。トランスパーソンに関することだったら、そのような議論をしてもいいと思うのもまた差別です。

ある差別があったとき「不快（恐怖・絶望・悲しみ等）」を覚えるのは多くの場合被差別側です
被差別側が差別側に個人の存在を知られるのがどれだけ危険かは想像に難くないと考えます
よってご本人に「それは差別だ」と伝えるべきなのは非被差別者です
分散型SNSにおいて最もその役目を全うできるのはサーバー管理者さんであるはずです
差別禁止を謳うサーバーとして「それは差別だ」と明言してほしいのです
