I made this 💥💣💥 Stir-Fry for dinner tonight since the lamb roast (this year's alternative to the traditional turkey) is still frozen (despite hours of defrosting). #UnThanksgiving I failed to realize I was out of instant rice though and had to send a traveler to the store vs making the long cook rice in the pantry.
