The #writer #VolodymyrVakulenko was killed with two bullets from the pistol of #Makarov, the head of the investigative department of the #Kharkiv region.

No fairy tales about combat and random ricochet. This is execution. The #Russians did it deliberately. Of the weapons that are generally unnecessary in combat conditions, but turned out to be convenient for the genocide of #Ukrainians.

The information about the writer's death in #Izyum was confirmed by a #DNA examination. His body was found in a mass grave. In addition to the DNA examination, the writer's shot documents and a tattoo on his hand, similar to what he had, were also found. The husband left a minor son with a disability.

#VolodymyrVakulenko is a #children's #writer, #poet and #laureate of numerous #literary awards.

The occupiers killed the children's writer #VolodymyrVakulenko in the #Kharkiv region.

Vakulenko disappeared in the village of #Kapitolivka, near #Izyum, in March 2022. The writer's parents have been looking for their son for more than half a year. Later it became known that the occupiers had kidnapped him.
