A #VSG #WeightLossTransformation side by side photo post to hold myself accountable. There’s over 100lbs lost between these two pics. Happy in both. Felt beautiful in both. The difference is strength. Moving through the world with more comfort, because I can do “every day” things like cross my legs comfortably, or go up flights of stairs without losing my breath. The mental marathon is a daily struggle to unlearn.
