Fit-for-work asst for many roles should inc. cognitive functioning, and PCBUs should be (preventing infection, and) actively monitoring workforce for decline. These workers will make more, more frequent, & more serious errors, creating foreseeable risk to themselves & others #WHS

Years ago I found a letter, written in 1808 by #Cunnington, which has the first reference to a “mason’s #trowel” in #archaeology (https://reader.exacteditions.com/issues/53767/page/41?term=invisible+pioneers). Still some of my favourite research, because trowels are TOTEMIC! It’s also why I’m proud of my own trowel - a gift from my father-in-law who seriously upgraded it! Sigh. #sexualharassment has been a #WHS hazard that must be eliminated ISFAIRP for about, oh, um, DECADES. Permitting a substantiated perpetrator risk remain in the PCBU unmitigated historically has / still is a #WHS duty of care breach, possibly even gross/reckless negligence.
