We moved south to the shores of Lac D'Aydat with me still hobbling slowly on sore legs. No #trailrunning for a few days. We could only have one night at this campsite as it was closing for the season. We walked the shore path then spent the hot (30+C) afternoon on a busy beach, with gentle, cooling #wildswims between bouts of reading. On a sunset walk we found another hidden beach, then returned to enjoy #France beating NZ in the opening match of the #RugbyWorldCup. Nice, leg-resting day.
