Neglecting Mastodon at the moment as I have gone on holiday (definitely not by mistake)!

Craigmillar Castle has a lot of history associated with it. Mary, Queen of Scots stayed here in 1563 & 1566… allegedly the plot to remove her unpopular husband Lord Darnley was conceived here, though she wasn’t involved.
And they say life was simpler in older times?! Maybe not!
