as of yesterday, after a gruelling 6+ months, an electoral board can finally begin their work to form a #WorksCouncil at #HelloFresh. it’s been a challenging, charged, and emotional time and I’m happy to have been a part of it. but now the real work begins!

@Sweetshark with the support of #unions or works council the #layoffs will be still possible, it's true, but not so easy and random. The works constitution act is an invaluable resource. It's a shame to see employees not aware of their #rights.
