So we had another Sunday Matinee (#59!) yesterday afternoon. Here's (part of) how it went:

Jetzt werd ich dumm got me dizzy with their Tourettes approach to math-rocky-to-the-extreme song structures – their music and antics kept cracking me up endlessly, in a musical joke kind of way.

Up next, Jo's set was rather surprising and unique in that she choreographed out her field-recording-based music. A rather meditative performance, as well as strikingly odd, albeit harmlessly so.

Last we had Wynd, local latino stoner rockers, heavy af Melvins-kinda full on riffy guitar assault. I'm not even usually into that kind of music but their passionate delivery combined with how sweet they were as people had me enjoy every moment of their set.

On the way back, walking, we all laughed about my boss's latest asinine behaviour together.

The next Matinee will be on Dec 11, same place as always, Villa Kuriosum in Lichtenberg.
