Just a #YomiHustle match from yesterday, lots of bullets were dodged, many legos were thrown.

I picked up #YomiHustle for a bit again, while figuring out what to play next.

It's a fighting game, which completely pauses the game to let you make your move. You can carefully pick what to do next and even simulate moves for your opponent, to see the outcome.

You can do mindgames that come with fighting games, without needing fast reflexes, only knowledge of the game.

It's fun and cheap as hell. If anyone wants to play it, I'd be happy to help with learning the ropes. :cat_sip:

Organized and played in a tiny #YOMIHustle tournament among friends last night!

...got in last place. 😅

Still fun though!

Absolutely obsessed with Your Only Move Is Hustle, a deep and captivating turn-based fighting game.

The game "pauses" while you and an opponent choose your moves. Once both players confirm a selection, the result is simulated until either player is able to act again .

Then, at the end, the "simulation" plays at full-speed like one of those early 2000s action cinema-style stick-figure fighting animations.

Super fun match! I love playing with my friend. Our games always end up super even. I managed to pull of some decent combo with the wizard, but ended up getting my ass kicked in the end. Really need to learn to use the DI. #yomihustle
