"It's hard to find parking" usually means hard to find FREE parking. Near the Jerusalem municipality, cars parked on the sidewalk, meters away there is public parking with plenty of parking spaces. It's new extension cost tax payers 18.3 million USD - so not so free after all. We all share the cost.
