A variety of so-called meat substitutes I brought back today from the local vegetarian restaurant. The woman running the place always has a nice selection of cooked, ready to eat food every morning as well.

*E-san is the #Thai word for Northeast Thailand, which I prefer to transcribe as Isaan. #อีสาน
