第72回国連総会において9月23日を「手話言語の国際デー」と宣言しました。
1951年には、世界ろう連盟が設立された日です。
手話言語が音声言語と対等であり
ろう者の人権が保障されるように
国連加盟国全体で、手話言語についいての意識を高めていくよう促進していきましょう！
“手話は命”
