ラーメンショップ国立さん。
ネギラーメン700円
まずはほろほろのチャーシュー。程よい味付けも相まってスープに溶け込むさまはたまらない。
やや辛のネギとあっさりながらも深みのあるスープ。茹で加減もよろしく自分好みの至極の一杯でした。また行きたい。
