Finished my backing tracks and guide melody tracks of my latest project. It's a cover of a Jia Peng Fang piece in a very traditional Chinese style. He's an Erhu Master and I'm just a Sanxian beginner so...should be fun

I'm resting a bit on my last original piece. The arrangement is done and it's fairly involved so I'm mulling over some compositional treatments

Playing with an ensemble on a instrument with variable tuning was part of it but I had also learned the songs differently from everybody else. Between those two, I was constantly struggling to find my place
