The Mae Sot Boundary Post(Thailand-Myanmar Friendship Bridge Ⅰ:〈16°41'32.6"N 98°31'12.2"E〉) has been closed off for about 3 years because of the mainly spreading of the Covid-19.
昨年の今日（2022年５月９日）
タイとビルマ（ミャンマー）を結ぶ「タイ・ミャンマー友好橋Ⅰ」（アジアハイウェー１号線〈AH-1〉）は、再開という噂が広がりつつ、いまだ閉じたままだった。

＜ビルマ（ミャンマー）情勢＞
ＢＧＦ軍（＋ＭＭ軍？）とカレン民族軍がシュエコッコ周辺で交戦中のため、2023年４月９日現在、ビルマ（ミャンマー）とタイ国境を結ぶ「第一友好橋」が閉じられています。
しかし、その直前、国境の橋を渡ると、両国の経済的な格差をイヤというほど感じさせられました（2023年３月）
まあ、今をさかのぼること28年前（1995年）、その当時、この橋が造られる様子を眺めていました。
