For the third year in a row we couldn’t go to Australia to spend Christmas with my family (the first two years due to Australia’s pandemic travel restrictions etc, this year due to my husband’s leg injury).

So we’ve had to celebrate in our own way in Taiwan again: basically, a lot of good food every night!
