Found a guy at the #BoxhagenerPlatz market selling okara, so I tried making my favourite Japanese grandma food, うの花😍 Looks unimpressive but tasted great even without the hijiki, although it's always a little troubling to see how much sugar goes into a lot of Japanese dishes...

Anyone have another good okara recipe?!
