连续很多天都靠褪黑素睡，褪黑素吃久了，就变成虽然晚上还能保证睡6个小时，但是早上时候脑子就转不动的感觉，周五（10/21/2022)的早上感觉尤其明显。周五WFH，白天在家小憩了大概20-30分钟，有所缓解。
昨天周六白天在家香香的睡了个午觉，然后晚上10点还没到就又困了，果断上床，很快就睡着了，天快亮时有几分钟似醒非醒的感觉，但还是努力又睡着了，再醒的时候就八点了。
睡够了的感觉真好！
