マイクロソフトは政治的な内容を英語で作成して「米国の有権者に見せかける」ため、２０２３年３月ごろから生成ＡＩ技術が使い始められたと説明した。

マイクロソフトの広報担当者によると、特定されたアカウントは公開場所を米国内とし、米国の政治的スローガンを投稿し、国内の政治問題に関連するハッシュタグを共有することによって米国人に見せかけようとしていた。”
