据《第一财经》报道，中国有 15 省超 50 个楼盘业主发布集体停供声明，表示因购买房屋烂尾或停工而拒绝继续供房贷，涉及金额约 2 万亿人民币，且还在继续增加。
中国房地产住宅开发项目多采用预售制，为了防止楼房烂尾，本来有商品房预售资金监管制度，即政府部门会同银行实施第三方监管，期房的购房款必须存入银行专用监管账户。但在实际中，资金被挪用的情况屡见不鲜。而据行业内人士表示，现在房地产行业形势下，开发商融资困难，资金不足，确保交付十分困难。
业主集体停供面临着法律风险，包括征信上黑名单和个人资产被冻结拍卖等。在流传的一份《郑州航空港区豫发白鹭源春晓三期全体业主停贷告知书》中，业主引用小说《骆驼祥子》的故事写道：“我们万千祥子，要丢掉那些枷锁，让抢我们钱，砸我们车的知道祥子不在（应为“再”，编者注）是那个任人宰割的羔羊。”#中国 #经济 #房地产
