【👩】私の聞く限りでは, 女子選手の盗撮は
撮影罪の対象外となっているらしい。衣服の
上から撮影する場合はOKという解釈らしい...
これを取り締まれないのであれば、撮影罪は
何の為に存在しているのだろうか｡

As far as I have heard, sneak photographing
which targets at the female athletes is NOT
subject to the crime of illicit photographing.
According to the lawful interpretation, that's
okay to photograph from above of clothings.
Unless it cannot be cracked down on, what
on earth is this law existing for?
