剛剛看了兩則法庭新聞，不禁心中一沉及憤怒，他們的判決似乎在未判決之前已經寫下了....
第一則：
//陳朗昇去年9月在旺角麥花臣場館採訪元朗朗屏邨業主大會期間，被指拒向警員出示身份證被捕，否認「阻差辦公」罪及交替的「阻礙公職人員」罪續審。警員麥樂垣供稱，目擊女警梁敏儀「禮貌地請被告出示身份證」、解釋截查原因及表明身份，但承認無將上述對話記錄在記事簿和兩份口供中。署理警長黎學宇更稱陳「情緒激動、手舞足蹈」。控方舉證完畢，裁判官梁嘉琪裁定控罪表證成立，陳朗昇擬親自作供。案件明日續審。//

案發時已婚的警務督察涉強吻懷孕女店員，亦曾望其胸部稱「好勁」，並伸手入其衣服「揸胸」。督察被指事後跪地求饒，稱可付1至2百萬元予事主。督察否認非禮及妨礙司法公正罪，案件續審。事主X接受盤問，辯方質疑事主當時的連衣裙衣領高，被告難以伸手入內，事主反駁「好有彈性」。其後又應裁判官要求換上衣服。辯方亦問事主是否知道被告有錢，會「搭私人飛機帶狗遊玩」，事主稱見過有關照片。另外，事主丈夫指妻子事後受困擾，需精神科醫生跟進。//
