I think I did something against God but I have no regrets. π
Bolognese style ragu on hot chips. Also I tried Epazote (a Mexican herb that smells like petrol that I've recently fallen in love with), Lemon Myrtle and Pepperleaf in the seasoning for the ragu. It was good.

Had a bunch of mash left over from dinner the other day. Too lazy to make actual gnocchi, so just mixed the mash with eggs and grated parmesan to make these quick potato cakes instead.
Topped them with leftover Bolognese sauce and more grated parmesan. Made for a delicious cazzata lunch. π
