This is a limited edition shiboritate nama genshu chokugumi, meaning it was bottled straight after pressing. That explains the foaming when I warmed it!

It's a gorgeous expression of Yamaguchi's original sake rice Saito no Shizuku. Mellowly sweet with hints of marshmallow and vanilla, it's a real mealtime winner.
