We are very fond of Roadside Stations (#道の駅), that usually host local #FarmersMarket, restaurants and tourism informations, and dot the national roads.
This is the one in Ogachimachi, in the north east of Miyagi Prefecture.
#Pier, #FishingPort and buildings are brand new and shiny. Believe me, the pictures of the area just after 3/11 Great Earthquake and Tsunami are heartbreaking, like all of them in the coastal region. It's so uplifting to see the results.
