煮一鍋奶油燉菜🍲
明日一次三人份搞定🙂
濃郁的奶油燉菜搭配飯、麵就是簡單的一餐。

奶油白醬做法
奶油：麵粉：牛奶 1：1：5
按照自己的鍋子大小調整比例，放入馬鈴薯、玉米、菇類、蔬菜等，調味我只放鹽跟黑胡椒，我這次還放茄子切塊增加一點甜甜的味道。

Had a bunch of mash left over from dinner the other day. Too lazy to make actual gnocchi, so just mixed the mash with eggs and grated parmesan to make these quick potato cakes instead.

Topped them with leftover Bolognese sauce and more grated parmesan. Made for a delicious cazzata lunch. 😂
