Today i started #100dayschallenge. I wonder what will happen.

day 41 of my #100DaysChallenge of #drawing #animals. For this day I first did some #chicken studies from video (paused), then went to draw my neighbor's living chickens. Then took my rough (very!) sketches home and added some details (heads, feet) from my by now accumulated generalized chicken knowledge.

days 39-40 of my #100DaysChallenge of drawing animals. I continued working on some watercolors and more intentionally to be finished stuff - with the result that except for the elephants that were actually finished at this point, the rest is still languishing in my room in the same state like, 2 weeks or so later. Gah. I hope I'll have the energy to actually finish them this week!

I’m starting a #100dayschallenge with friends~ and since I always fails at keeping doing things everyday, so I set a super simple goal this time: touch drawing or painting tools everyday. It is supposed to be too simple to fail. Today is day 1.

One morning when doodling I tried to draw a cow's head from memory but it turned out looking more like a donkey. So then I got curious and drew a bunch of donkeys to understand better what they actually look like. They have the most beautiful ears :)

managed to do some scans on a friend's computer to deal with the accumulating backlog, so here are days 23-26 of my ongoing #100DaysChallenge of drawing animals. I was tired for reasons hence that lonely chameleon. And the long strips on toned paper are WIPs for a specific project that I don't want to talk more about yet, hopefully I'll get to finish them this week.

I am tempted to get back and do a more detailed drawing of the giraffe licking its lips, I did not get the form of the tongue to pop the way I would have liked, and it is just such a funny image.

I started a new #100dayschallenge this time the theme is drawing animals. It is super enjoyable so far - I had another one going last year about drawing with a nib pen or brush in ink, but somehow lost steam there. So this is something fun and sweet for me to ease into. And I am still getting my ink drawing workouts in, even if I am using mostly my Noodler's Ahab fountain pen + various brush pens for these.
