Today was recovery run day so decided to do a 10k. First 5.5 km at a nice easy pace keeping in hr zone 1 then the next 4km at tempo pace ran in hr zone 4 with a 200m sprint at the end before easing off for the final half a km. Well pleased with the bonus of completing it under the hour too! #running #recoveryrun #10krun
