Android and iOS version of #11t are not availlable in the stores atm. I built the app in FuseTools, and this dev platform has proven itself incapable of rendering text with links and hashtags in it adequately. In other words: my custom code was too slow, it made the app unresponsive.
As both Google and Apple are more strict on apps with user generated content, now was the time to remove them.
I'm working on a new version of 11t in Flutter. Paid work goes first.
Development of my #11t app for Mastodon is going slow at the moment, as the system I'm writing the app in doesn't have yet what I need to make the app perform better.
To show one toot and to make words clickable in it, the current solution is just too slow. Hope this will change soon.
Yay again! Apple quickly reviewed my fix for 11t and it passed. Hope to see some people actually posting from the app (like I am doing now).
Yay! Apple has approved 11t for the App Store! 🐘
One little thing: the screen to post a new toot has an error, so you can only read Mastodon with this version :-(
-- new version is uploading as we speak.
oh and I did something nice for you if you like a bit of whitespace between your paragraphs.
Lots of feedback came in after yesterday's release, and I hope that's a good thing. So I fixed all kind of things today:
* when a toot has multiple images and these are marked sensitive, you can slide through them again after clicking the "sensitive media"
warning
* I made the screen where you write a toot even nicer than it was yesterday
* if a bio of a user includes an URL, it no longer has a red background (if you see something red, you can be sure I was testing that bit)
#frustrated by the impossibility to use #mastodon on my cell phones. #tusky displays no images, #11t doesn't communicate with mastodon.xyz and web interface is empty with #blackberry browser... :(

#11t version 1.2.26 is out for Android. The message I wrote to my dear users:
"Only visible change is that you see the time of a toot again, was missing.
Under the hood I have rewritten timelines, and cleaned up in general. "Who made this mess?" was heard frequently in these one man offices.
And this version is a test if the phone permissions can be removed without problems.
As always: feedback is very welcome. Tell me if you like it, but especially if something goes wrong."
@jeroensmeets
My favorites are empty in #11t, even after doing a fave to a toot.
Have version 1.2 on an android.
(ability of copy/paste in texteditor would be nice, too ;) )
Cleaned #11t up big time, still preparing version to submit for review to Apple.
New release for Android of 11t is out -- in the next couple of ours online.
Rewrote everything for timelines, as I learned something essential about FuseTools, which made lots of code redundant.
Will upload this one to Apple's App Store for review. Wish me luck.
New version of 11t released for android. Has an improved (I think) look for timelines, but mostly focuses on a simpler way to connect to Mastodon.
You now have to agree to a few things about privacy and (NSFW) content, and you can report content that is outside of these rules.
Next version will have user blocking and user muting, hopefully I can then submit to Apple again and get everyone on the same version.
Have made a new beta version of 11t for my beloved Android beta testers. This version has new screens to log in to the Mastodon instance of your choice, and it should report any errors while connecting.
If you are a beta tester, would you be so kind to uninstall and reïnstall 11t and report back to me how the login proces works for you?
Thanks so much!

working on changes to get a positive review by Apple for 11t for the app store.
After the phone call from Cupertino, at a very considerate time for my time zone, by the way, I now find a friendly message in my message box from the reviewer, plus his personal contact info.
This whole thing is making a very good impression. Apple genuinely tries to keep the app store according to their rules, but also reaches out.
Just had a call with an app reviewer from Apple for a solution to get 11t in the app store. The extra screens i'm already building will probably be enough. #11t #fingerscrossed #mastodev
