Trump disqualified himself from office under the 14th Amendment, which bars people who engaged in or supported an insurrection from holding government office.

None of this passes the straight-face test.
1. The #14Amendment states no one shall hold office that participates or leads an #insurrection against the US, but there’s no enforcement mechanism, so it’s useless.
2. There’s no “Constitutional Immunity” in the #Constitution, but legislators and judges feel it’s “implied” so they can’t be held accountable for their crimes.
